Data breach info on district website

Employees who received a W-2 form from the Olympia School District for the 2015 calendar year and are affected by the April 12 OSD phishing scam are now the only employees being sent direct email and/or phone communication regarding the data breach. A copy of all email communications since April 12 is on the district website via a link on the Staff Resources page.

Employees affected by the phishing scam who notice any unusual activity related to their personal identity information, which may or may not be related to the April 12 breach, are encouraged to contact Tricia Kelley, finance specialist in the Business and Operations office in the Olympia School District, at (360) 596-6126.

Additionally, employees affected by the April 12 data breach who have experienced unusual activity related to their personal identity are encouraged to contact Olympia Police Department Detective Rebecca Fayette, who is investigating our police report of this incident, at (360) 709-2779.
