Governor Inslee hereby directs that Washington State and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff today, Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in memory of Washington National Guard First Lieutenant David A. Bauders, 25, of Seattle. He died in Iraq in a non-combat related incident.

Flags will remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Interment is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at 1:00 PM at Tahoma National Cemetery.
