A sure sign of spring is the announcement of school plant sales. Drop by to support students and celebrate spring at the following two events:

Capital High School Horticulture Plant Sale

• Friday, May 11: 3-6 p.m.
  Saturday, May 12: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
  Capital High School Greenhouse (next to the tennis courts)

Proceeds benefit the Capital High School FFA.

YEE Plant Sale & Young Entrepreneur Market

• Saturday, May 12: 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
  Madison Elementary Parking lot

Proceeds benefit the Avanti/Madison Giving Garden and young entrepreneurs in grades 1-12 in Thurston County.
