Pursuant to a Presidential Proclamation, Gov. Jay Inslee has directed that Washington State and United States flags at all state agencies, including schools and district support buildings, be lowered to half-staff on July 3 “in solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence at Annapolis, Maryland on June 28, 2018.”

Flags will remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on July 3, 2018.
