On Friday, January 18, our district learned that one of our vendors received a letter from “Sports Media” in Las Vegas for reportedly having a past due account requiring immediate collection. Our Business Services department says the letter is a scam and has notified state authorities.

If you receive a phone call or communication from a vendor stating they have received a similar communication; please contact OSD Business Services immediately at Ext. 6120.  Assure the vendor that this is a scam and no action is necessary.
