School Employee Benefits Board (SEBB) insurance will begin January 1, 2020 with open enrollment October 1 – November 15, 2019. The SEBB Program is a statewide insurance benefit program for school employees.  The Legislature established the SEBB Program to ensure all certificated and classified school employees and their families have access to affordable, high-quality health care.
