As you are all aware we have been experiencing intermittent issues with some staff members logging in to the OSD website to access the Intranet via the Google Chrome browser. We have just been notified that a fix for this issue is scheduled to be released Tuesday, August 25. At that point, all staff should be able to use the Google Chrome browser to log in and access the OSD Intranet.
Until that fix is released the available workaround is to use a Firefox or Edge browser instead of Chrome. This may resolve the issue for some, but we have received reports from a number of employees that this doesn’t necessarily work for them.
Having said that, we know that many of you need to access the Intranet and specifically the “Forms” page. Until the issue with the Google SSO login to the Intranet is resolved, employees may access the content from the Intranet Forms page on the Google Doc emailed to all staff only on Friday, August 7. All OSD staff members now have access to this document and can view/download the same content available on the Intranet Forms page.
This does not provide access to the remaining pages/content on the Intranet, which will not be available until we have a resolution to the login issue. Thank you for your patience.
