The following is a message shared by Human Resources for certificated staff:

For your convenience, electronic overload claim forms have been created. These forms can be found on the OSD Intranet Forms page. Make sure to log in, when prompted, for access to the Intranet. View instructions on downloading, completing and submitting your electronic claim form. 

Please note that the count day for your September overload claim will be September 30. The state did not have a traditional September count day; due to the Pandemic the September count was extended through the end of the month. All other months will follow OEA CBA guidelines, with the first school day of the month used to establish overload numbers. September and October overload claims are due to HR by October 10, with September overloads being paid in October.
