Student Information Systems (SIS) recently began using the Helprace ticketing system. When you need assistance from the SIS department, please submit a ticket by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide a detailed description of your problem including where you are in the system. This will allow the SIS staff to resolve the problem in an efficient manner.
The OSD Skyward system will be unavailable beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 13 through 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 15.
ESD 113 will be upgrading servers and replacing system hardware during this time. Thank you for your patience as the upgrades are completed.
Beginning tomorrow, March 3, the requirement to update employee Skyward passwords will only be necessary once each year rather than every 90 days.
Each employee’s Skyward password will expire one year from the date it was last reset.
