The Student Information Systems and Child Nutrition Services departments will be conducting year-end processes on two dates in July.
Skyward will be unavailable on Friday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 19 for the following systems: Student Management, Family Access, Student Access and Educator Access. The system will be locked at 7 p.m. the night before each of these days.
Note: Financial Management and Human Resources will remain unlocked and unaffected during these two dates.

Student Information Systems (SIS) recently began using the Helprace ticketing system. When you need assistance from the SIS department, please submit a ticket by emailing help-sis@osd.wednet.edu. Please provide a detailed description of your problem including where you are in the system. This will allow the SIS staff to resolve the problem in an efficient manner.
The OSD Skyward system will be unavailable beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 13 through 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 15.
ESD 113 will be upgrading servers and replacing system hardware during this time. Thank you for your patience as the upgrades are completed.
Beginning tomorrow, March 3, the requirement to update employee Skyward passwords will only be necessary once each year rather than every 90 days.
Each employee’s Skyward password will expire one year from the date it was last reset.
